Molly Todd Madison

Molly Todd Madison is a graduate assistant for the Business and Entrepreneurship Department at Columbia College Chicago. She is working towards her Master’s in Arts Management. Molly has a background in theatre performance with a BFA from Western Kentucky University in Musical Theatre. Her mission is to support underrepresented voices being heard on and off stage. Her work has included utilizing improv and devised performance to elevate the stories of LGTQAI+ and BIPOC communities. Molly teaches cooperate workshops using improv to promote empathy and workplace equity.
